Narrative puzzles on the web

Nothing Pending borrows the document-review tension from Papers, Please: short decisions, visible consequences, and a system that looks bureaucratic until it isn't. The goal is not to clone the genre but to learn how pressure creates story without cutscenes.
The Archive Incident takes a different angle: semi-hard puzzles inside a digital archive, rendered with PixiJS for responsive scene layers while Next.js handles routing, content, and future auth. Clues are meant to be pieced together across screens, not solved in isolation.
Both projects are intentionally early. I am validating feel and readability before investing in full content pipelines — the same discipline I apply to arcade loops in Neon Drift.
